What is the difference between the programs?

 At Fitness Flow, each program is designed to meet you where you are in your journey—whether you need structure, support, or a full transformation.

  • Training Flow:

Monthly custom workout plans built around your lifestyle and goals. Includes our app access, and coach support—but focuses solely on training.

  • Nutrition Flow:

A fully personalized nutrition plan with macro or meal guidance, Ideal Food List, app access, and 24/7 coach support. No workouts included.

  • Foundation Flow:

Our 6-week beginner habit builder. Perfect for those starting (or restarting), with guided habit support, beginner workouts, food list, and structure to build consistency.

  • Elite Flow:

Our all-in 1:1 coaching experience. Includes both customized workouts and nutrition plans, full app access, and direct, ongoing support from your coach. Ideal for those ready for next-level results.

What is your cancelation policy?

Our program requires a 30 day written cancelation if you wish to cancel your monthly coaching commitment.

Is there a commitment term?

Our monthly programs require a 3 month commitment. This gives your coaches the best opportunity to learn your body and give you the best chance at success.

There is no commitment term for the 30 day beginner program. It is a one time purchase.

What do I need to succeed?

  • Gym membership or home gym set up

  • Meal Prep containers to be able to eat on the go

  • Food Scale & Measuring Cups

  • Body Weight Scale

  • Prepping Meals and working out requires time. Time management is essential for your success.

  • Remember that every body is different. Something that works for one person may not work for another. Be patient and consistent and you will see results.
